How it Works

The "Ask an Expert" program consists of one 1hour teleconference each week (excluding the last two weeks in December). Each week a different expert will be a guest of Retirement Coach, Kristi Nielsen. During the first 40-45 minutes, Kristi will ask the expert questions to guide the expert to ask questions most often asked by boomers and seniors. The last 15 minutes will allow some of the participants to ask questions.

Step One:

The first step is to sign-up to receive the announcements for upcoming sessions and participate in your 4 Trial sessions.

Step Two:

We will email you with the dial-in information two days before the session. You will receive the call in phone number and a PIN number. All you do is dial the phone number and listen to the prompts. You will be asked to enter your pin number and the 'number sign'. 

Your membership is tracked by your IP address of your computer and your phone number. If you change your phone number, you must contact us to change your phone number. We do track the phone numbers of attendees and unauthorized attendees can be charged with fraud. Memberships are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Usually the phone number you will be calling is a long distance. Don't let this be a barrier, long distance charges if they apply are usually comparable to bus fare or parking and many people have free or flat rate long distance plans.

Step Three:

After you have attended 4 Trial Sessions. Pay for your Membership to the Program using item #8 on our payment page

Even when it does become a Fee for Service program (after 4 FREE Sessions), the fee will only be $49.00 for the full year and you will be able to attend up to 49 "Ask An Expert Calls". That would be only $1.00 per session, if you attend every one....and only covers administration fees. Your only other expense is possible long distance phone charges -- which are usually minimal if they apply.)
